  Infrared Protection Barriers

  The LIGI infrared barrier is a certified safety device (EN 12978/EN ISO 13849, cat. 2)that avoids impact (CRASHLESS) and allows safety edges to be removed from the door. Its small size (16x16 mm) and the possibility of simple and direct mounting on the porta via through-holes make it suitable for different types of installations and easily applicable in multiple contexts. It is available in two versions: - version A, for fast doors (56 spokes per 2.5 m, one spoke every 45mm) - version C, for all other types of locks/automations (23 spokes for 2.5m, one spoke every 45mm up to the height of 500mm, then one spoke every 180mm) Maximum operational safety: the LIGI model is non responsive to external light, such that even direct radiation does not limit its operation and it is immune to electromagnetic interference (EMC). Modernization of older door systems: The light curtain is perfectly suited for the conversion or modernization of door systems that cannot meet the required maximum closing forces. Smart functions and easy mounting: the required opening angle for safety reasons of ±5° (EN 12978) poses no problem for mounting the LIGI light curtain. Mechanically adjustable adjustment clamps and a software adjustment mode are available for this purpose with the help of the LED display.   Laser technology sensor for industrial gates and doors

  L36 is an innovative photocell based on time-of-flight (ToF) laser technology, designed for use on gates as a security device. Compared to traditional photocells, it does not require two devices or reflectors. L36 uses a laser rangefinder to measure the distance to an obstacle. The photocell can be used in 3 different modes: Mode A OPERATION AS A PHOTOCELL This mode requires a fixed physical reference point opposite the laser rangefinder. Maximum detection distance: 9 m. The photocell analyses two events. Obstacle detection at shorter distance than the stored distance, during the learning phase. Mode B OPERATION AS A PROXIMITY SENSOR (APPROACH PERPENDICULAR TO THE LASER BEAM) Maximum reading distance 6 m, optimised for detecting movements perpendicular to the beam. This system is integrated into the transmitter, so no other measuring instruments are required. All visible LED indicators show the switching states. This enhances operational safety and is also useful for maintenance operations. The precise self-calibration of the sensors ensures consistent switching behavior across all door widths.
