TRAFFIC COB is a linear LED signal designed to function as a fixed green/red traffic light.
It’s ideal for traffic management at automatic gates, barriers, industrial doors and vehicle access points.
It uses COB (Chip On Board) technology, which integrates numerous LED chips into a single compact module, producing a uniform, continuous, high-intensity light without the classic visible light points of traditional strips.
Highly visible even in bright outdoor environments, TRAFFIC COB guarantees a signal that is immediately understandable to the user.
It is available in two versions, 1000 mm and 2000 mm, and allows independent control of the two colours via 3-wire cabling.
Equipped with a dark grey aluminium profile and spring mounting, TRAFFIC COB can be quickly installed on the wall. Its IP55 protection rating also makes it suitable for applications in environments exposed to dust and humidity.
TRAFFIC COB is the ideal choice for those who want simple, effective and highly visible light signalling in a compact, elegant and durable format, designed to last over time.
Technical features:
COB LED ADVANTAGES
Uniform light: One of the main advantages is the production of a continuous, homogenous light without the individual light spots visible in conventional LED strip. This is particularly useful in applications where light is reFLected or where uniform illumination of a surface is required.
High luminous intensity: Due to chip density, COB LEDs can produce a high quantity of light from a small surface area.
Energy effciency: They generally provide a good lumen/watt ratio, which means more light with less energy consumption.
Compact design: The integration of several chips in a single module allows for smaller and more compact luminaires.
Good heat dissipation: The design with a good thermal substrate helps manage the heat generated, improving adaptability and durability.
Wide emission angle: COB LEDs can often offer a wider emission angle, ideal for illuminating larger areas.
Less light loss: The absence of individual lenses or casings for each chip can reduce light loss.
